3. Analyze SMMHC^CreERT2;R26R^tdTomato;Ren1^cYFP multiomic data

Here, we will analyze, in R, the multiomic RNA- and ATAC-seq data from SMMHC^CreERT2;R26R^tdTomato;Ren1^cYFP mice either untreated or treated with captopril (0.5 g/L in drinking water) for 1, 3, and 6 months.
